Job Summary
Drive exceptional customer service by guiding your team to deliver personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge, and a memorable in-store experience. Interpret sales data to drive performance and take ownership of the store's commercial success. Inspire and lead managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to consistently exceed operational standards while managing recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members. Identify high-potential individuals to create tailored development plans and manage all store operations, including compliance and visual merchandising, to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment where people thrive. This full-time, 40-hour contract requires comfort with varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $74,841 to $84,203, with benefits including health and dental coverage, an RRSP program, and a 25% staff discount across all H&M Group brands.
Required Qualifications
- Customer-Focused: A strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record from past retail experience of leveraging customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive performance
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of the broader retail landscape/KPI's, with a proven ability to align business objectives with evolving customer needs
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams / other leaders in fast-paced retail environments, consistently delivering high standards of customer service while driving sales and profitability
- Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This is a Full Time position with a contract of 40 hours a week
