Store Manager at H&M responsible for the overall store operations and customer experience. Leads as a visible, inclusive leader who drives an engaging team culture, coaches and develops staff, recruits, onboards, and performance-manages to align with values. Analyzes sales results, identifies commercial opportunities, sets targets, and creates plans to optimize sales and profit. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, customer behavior, and competitors to keep the team ahead and deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Acts as a positive brand ambassador in all customer interactions and collaborates with Are Team, Support Office and central departments to drive store performance and company success.
