Job Summary
Store Manager at Batteries Plus leads daily store operations in Greenville, SC, coaching a high-performing team to meet company goals. Responsibilities include opening/closing, merchandising, inventory management, and performance tracking against KPIs; delivering exceptional customer service and supporting technical offerings such as battery testing, installations, and device repair; maintaining safety and operational standards; driving retail sales and growing commercial accounts. Requires strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills, plus 3+ years of retail management experience and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
