Job Summary
Manage daily store and donation center operations, overseeing staff, budgets, and departmental policies to achieve sales and revenue goals. Lead talent development, optimize workflow and inventory management, and ensure compliance with safety audits and customer service standards. Calculate budget projections, troubleshoot equipment processes, and proactively solve business challenges while maintaining store presentation guidelines. Work varied schedules including closing shifts and weekends, requiring forklift certification if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or experience equivalency
- minimum of 3 years' managerial experience
- Forklift certification, if required at site
- Work varied schedule and flexible hours
- minimum of one closing shifts per week
- every other weekend as scheduled
- Additional nights and weekend shifts to meet business needs
- Proficient in Windows-based PC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
