Job Summary
Oversee daily retail operations for a Goodwill store location, executing the retail operations plan to achieve targeted growth in profit, revenue, and production. Manage and meet employee and customer needs while maintaining standards of excellent customer service and building loyalty to the Goodwill brand. Coordinate with the Retail Regional Manager to analyze product levels, execute strategic goals, and drive bottom-line sales budget targets. Lead staff recruitment, retention, and development through performance reviews, training, and resolving performance or grievance issues. Ensure compliance with all security, health, and safety policies and procedures. Make sound decisions on day-to-day retail operations within the defined work area. Maintain a clean personal appearance, wear the company uniform, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours as needed.

- Must have valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to be flexible and assist other areas of the store when needed
- Vision corrected to within normal limits
- Ability to function in a hectic work environment with occasional periods of high stress
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English
