Job Summary
Maximize in-store sales, satisfy customers to build loyalty, and monitor stock while ensuring employee safety. Manage merchandising, space, and display to stimulate interest, control day-to-day expenses, and maintain the property portfolio. Safeguard colleague interests through consistent treatment, plan future operations, and lead training and recruitment activities.
