Job Summary
Oversee all location activities, drive profitability, and ensure pricing accuracy while partnering with merchandising and operations managers to maintain gross profit targets. Manage inventory through cross merchandising and proper product placement, monitor expenses, and enforce loss prevention tactics to maintain a safe, clean, and injury-free environment. Recruit, hire, coach, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing workforce, scheduling staff according to sales per man hour targets. Report to the Director of Operations with autonomy to drive results and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting focused on customer service excellence and community support.
