Job Summary
Oversee all location activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring operations to drive profitability and maintain pricing accuracy. Manage the workforce by overseeing recruitment, hiring, development, scheduling based on sales targets, and ensuring training drives productivity. Ensure loss prevention, maintain a safe environment, and monitor expenses while partnering with merchandising and operations teams to integrate changes and meet gross profit targets. Maintain positive location appearance and cleanliness.
