Job Summary
Lead and coach the team on merchandising, operations, and customer service; build talent through networking and development, foster an inclusive environment, and ensure the team delivers brand experiences. Drive KPI performance, manage payroll and budgets, execute omnichannel initiatives, reduce loss, and cultivate customer loyalty through participation in loyalty programs. Demonstrate leadership to develop successors, train on product styles/features, and align with company direction to create a positive, customer-focused store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work days/nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled
