Job Summary
Lead a store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive performance. As Store Manager, you'll build a talent pipeline, coach and develop leaders, and ensure brand standards by educating the team on product styles, features, and benefits. You'll welcome customers, foster an inclusive environment, execute merchandising and operations directives, manage payroll and budgets, monitor KPIs, drive omnichannel initiatives, promote loyalty programs, reduce loss, and maintain strong customer engagement. Key duties include recruiting and developing staff, directing the Leader on Duty program, aligning the team with company direction, and maintaining a positive, safe store environment with a focus on growth and career development for your team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports
- A high school diploma or GED
