Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the overall operation of the Eindhoven Bijenkorf store, driving sales and profitability while ensuring high standards of customer care. Lead, coach and develop the store team, recruit and train staff, monitor merchandising objectives, operating standards and controllable costs, and actively manage KPI performance to maximize customer conversion and add-on selling. Requires a commercial mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure with excellent communication in Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree on MBO/HBO-level
- 2-3 years of Store Manager experience or equivalent
- Strong analytical, organizational and numerical skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English
- Living nearby Eindhoven
