Job Summary
Supervise and direct the makery workforce, making staffing decisions and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising compliance. Develop and coach employees to provide amazing client experiences, manage stock of raw materials and finished products, and drive company metrics through action plans. Plan, identify, and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, conduct performance assessments to improve sales, and handle minor maintenance issues. Work at least 40 hours weekly for salaried managers or 32 hours for hourly staff, rotating mid and closing shifts based on business trends. Model company principles and values to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Management and/or Sales experience
- Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
- Strong problem solving and organizational/planning skills
- Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Team building skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
- Dexterity of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs
- Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Ability to perform makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require
- Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed
- Salaried Store Managers must work at least 40 hours per week over at least 5 days per week
- Hourly Store Managers must work at least 32 hours per week over at least 4 days per week
- The Store Manager is required to work a varying number of mid and/or closing shifts each week as determined by their supervisors based on business trends and staffing needs
