Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading sales team, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring to meet sales goals; schedule and supervise staff; manage expenses to achieve financial objectives; ensure store compliance with legal requirements; maintain cleanliness and organization; build customer loyalty and a positive team environment; analyze daily sales and optimize profitability; handle banking and cash responsibilities; provide leadership to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
