Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading sales teams to meet and exceed goals in a commission-driven environment. Recruits, trains, and develops staff; schedules and assigns tasks; monitors controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives; ensures store compliance, cleanliness, and readiness; builds customer loyalty through rapport and service; analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; and maintains banking procedures. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with mentored training to prepare for advancement into management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
