Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities include managing talent, inspiring your team, controlling expenses, and managing inventory. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff. The role requires a strong background in customer service and sales management, with at least 3 years of experience in retail and 1 year in a management position.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Cosmetology license is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
