Job Summary
Store Manager for a Talk4Less Wireless Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer. Responsible for full operation of the retail store including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory, and meeting organizational and individual performance goals. Lead on the sales floor, coach employees, recruit and hire staff, manage hiring, training, and marketing initiatives, ensure visual merchandising aligns with Cricket standards, motivate and develop a winning sales team, and provide exceptional customer service. Engage in community and local marketing activities to foster a positive brand image. Required 1-2 years of retail management experience, HS diploma or GED, strong communications and organizational skills; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. The role emphasizes customer service, retention, coaching, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of management experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus
- College degree is preferred, HS diploma or GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Competent in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building and influencing, talent management and inspirational leadership
- Working knowledge of cellular/advanced wireless communication preferred. Working knowledge of PC Windows’s applications required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
