Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing hands-on training and coaching to foster a high-performance culture. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement improvement strategies, and execute promotions and marketing campaigns to drive growth. Engage with customers to provide expert advice, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction by maintaining an organized, stocked sales floor. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities while collaborating with other departments for seamless operations. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide regular feedback to senior management. This commission-only position requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays, offering significant earning potential with quarterly bonuses and an override on delivered business.
