Store Manager - Fourways

Store Manager for adidas Brand Flagship in Fourways leads the Store Management Team to deliver exceptional consumer experiences while upholding global brand standards. Responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic business plan for the Brand Flagship, driving profitability and sales against targets, ensuring compliance with policies, reducing inventory shrinkage, and maintaining stock accuracy. The role focuses on building a high-performing team through training, development and succession planning, coaching leadership, managing P&L, and collaborating with global and market teams to achieve Brand Flagship objectives. The incumbent will oversee Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communications, enforce global programs, drive performance management and recruitment, and promote a high-performance culture aligned with the adidas brand values. The position requires leadership of a large team (50+), strong financial acumen, and the ability to adapt to market conditions while delivering standard retail excellence.
