Job Summary
The Store Manager for PMG’s 7-Eleven and Gas Station is responsible for overseeing entire site operations, managing and developing the associate team, and maximizing store profitability through operational excellence and sales building. This role requires leading daily tasks, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with PMG values and procedures. Strong emphasis is placed on leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to analyze financial statements to enhance profitability. Candidates should have a proven track record in management within the retail/convenience sector, with 7-Eleven experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable Transportation
