Job Summary
Store Manager leads the store's customer-focused, sales-driven operations, owning in-store presentation and all operational functions. The role coaches the management and associate teams to align with company strategies and goals, delivers a rewarding associate experience and exceptional customer service, drives digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS, manages loss prevention and payroll analytics, and ensures profitability and shrinkage goals are met while maintaining visual standards and a safe shopping environment. The position requires a strong track record in retail leadership, the ability to develop staff, interpret business reports, and drive performance in a high-volume fashion retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results
- Minimum of two years of retail management experience required
- Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
- Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary)
- Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
