Job Summary
Store Manager at Five Below responsible for leading from the floor, energizing a team, and delivering results across operations, labor, and customer experience. Drive sales on the floor, coach and develop staff, maintain sharp merchandising and inventory, manage labor within budget, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. Must lead with integrity, build a team-focused environment, and adapt to fast-paced, high-volume store conditions. Experience leading retail teams (3+ years preferred), strong communication, multitasking ability, and the capacity to plan and execute in a dynamic store setting are essential.
Required Qualifications
