Job Summary
Store Manager leads from the floor, energizes the team, and delivers results by balancing operations, team development, and customer wow moments. Responsible for coaching and developing a powerhouse team, managing labor to stay on budget, driving on-floor sales, upholding a positive, high-performing culture, and adapting to fast-paced, high-volume store environments. Requires 5–10+ years of leadership experience and prior store or large-department management; demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, plan labor and development, and execute store operations while maintaining excellent customer experience. Flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential, with a focus on operational execution, compliance, and promotion from within.
Required Qualifications
