Job Summary
Lead the store by modeling selling behaviors, coaching the team, and ensuring operations flow with clear priorities and sharp zones. Manage labor flexibly to match business needs while staying on budget, and drive sales from the floor to ensure every customer leaves happy. Pivot quickly when changes occur and maintain a positive, high-performing culture through real-time coaching and celebration. This role requires 5–10+ years of leadership experience and success measured by sales, labor, and TruRating feedback. You will work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive pay ranging from $52,500 to $66,300.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required
- You've grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus
- Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments
