Job Summary
Lead from the floor to inspire and develop a high-performing store team while balancing operations, labor, and customer experience. Drive sales on the floor, coach and develop associates, manage store priorities and budgets, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Demonstrate strategic agility, integrity, and a positive culture to deliver strong store results and a WOW customer experience. Minimum 3+ years of management experience and a high school diploma-equivalent are preferred; role includes frequent movement, coaching conversations, planning, scheduling, and operating in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an in-person, store-based leadership position at the Santa Fe Springs, CA location with standard retail hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to lift/move merchandise up to height 5-10 feet (physical role)
