Job Summary
Lead from the floor to energize and develop a high-performing retail team, balancing operations, labor, and customer experiences. Drive sales on the floor by modeling selling behaviors, coaching associates, and maintaining a positive, high-energy culture. Oversee store operations, ensure priorities are clear, manage labor to budget, and pivot quickly to changing conditions. Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and the ability to plan, schedule, and execute with a focus on performance metrics and employee development. 5–10+ years of leadership experience and experience managing a store or large department are highlighted as preferred qualifications; strong communication and multi-tasking abilities are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
