Job Summary
Lead and motivate the store team on an equal footing while maintaining a visible presence in sales to deliver a welcoming shopping experience. Create shift schedules and manage daily operations, ensuring merchandise presentation meets standards and sales targets are monitored. Develop sales-boosting initiatives and report key metrics to the regional manager. Requires prior leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service sectors; willingness to work Saturdays is essential. Based in Potsdam with flexible hours of 30, 35, or 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Team leadership experience (e.g., Team Leader, Shift Leader, Site Leader, or Acting role)
- Experience in retail, gastronomy, hospitality, service industry, or other customer-oriented sectors
- Ability to listen, give clear and appreciative feedback, and foster team strengths
- Ability to prioritize, maintain an overview, and find pragmatic solutions
- Enjoyment of counseling and storytelling
- Eye for appealing merchandise presentation and details
- Good German language skills
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
