Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of store operations at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS accuracy, and inventory management to prevent stockouts. Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing in-store promotions, monitoring KPIs like conversion rates, and driving revenue growth. Recruit, train, and develop sales associates while creating staff schedules for optimal coverage. Deliver premium customer service by handling inquiries and complaints professionally, acting as a brand ambassador to maintain visual merchandising standards. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with market trend insights to the business owner. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store events and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
