Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading all aspects of an ALO store, driving sales and profitability, achieving KPI-based objectives, managing merchandising and visual standards, and developing a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team. Focused on cultivating a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with ALO’s mission, executing retail strategies, analyzing local market trends, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing scheduling and labor to meet business goals. The role requires strong business acumen, communication, team leadership, and the ability to operate across store functions to achieve operating objectives and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Store Manager Schedule: open availability and variable shifts including peak days and weekends
