Job Summary
Analyze reports and profitability statements to provide recommendations and action plans. Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members while monitoring and appraising their job results. Provide ongoing coaching and development to assist associates in achieving performance and career aspirations. Ensure store operational requirements are met by scheduling staff and enforcing policies. Secure merchandise through security systems and maintain a safe, clean environment. Comply with all legal requirements and ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines. Marketing and display merchandise to ensure store standards are met. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years in a management role
- Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to the customer
- Strategic and tactical management skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Background of accountability for meeting targets and metrics in a performance-driven environment

- Strong marketing and community outreach abilities
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics
- Pawn experience
