Store Manager responsible for daily operations of a self-storage facility, delivering strong customer relationships and a structured sales process. Responsibilities include increasing unit rentals and ancillary sales (insurance, moving supplies), maintaining cleanliness and safety, performing site inspections, handling billing and delinquent payments, processing deposits, and managing routine administrative tasks and budgets. Requires leadership experience and a customer-focused approach to meet standards and drive operational excellence in a daytime, on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn
