Store Manager

Store Manager responsible for daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, ensuring cleanliness, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, drive sales via unit rentals and moving supplies, and manage customer accounts. Ensure site upkeep and safety through regular inspections, handle billing and payments, oversee administrative tasks, and maintain professional relations with employees. Leadership experience is preferred but not required; 2+ years of customer-facing work experience expected. Requires valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (except NYC/Brooklyn).
