Job Summary
Oversees daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited direct supervision. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, maximizes sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies, and ensures high standards of cleanliness and safety. Manages cash transactions, delinquent payments, and daily banking, and handles routine administrative tasks such as auction files and budget monitoring while upholding a professional culture and delivering an organized, client-focused sales process.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn)
