Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, maintaining financial accuracy through reporting, and delivering operational excellence. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and managing accounts to maximize sales objectives for unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Perform daily site safety inspections, resolve customer concerns regarding billing and security, and handle cash transactions including balance receipts, follow-ups on delinquent payments, and daily bank deposits. Monitor store budgets, maintain auction files, and ensure professional relationships with all employees. Requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Starting pay ranges from $17.18 to $22.90/hr.
