Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, performing site safety inspections, and maintaining financial accuracy through effective reporting and controls. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and resolving concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while handling cash transactions, balancing receipts, and completing daily bank deposits. Manage routine administrative tasks including maintaining auction files, following up on delinquent accounts, and monitoring store budgets. This role requires a day shift only with the office closing at 6pm, and the location is closed on Sundays. Compensation starts at $19.00-$23.00 hourly.
