Oversee the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, focusing on delivering operational excellence. Responsibilities include maximizing sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies; maintaining high cleanliness standards; conducting daily site safety inspections; handling billing, cash transactions, delinquent payments, and daily bank deposits; and performing routine administrative tasks such as auction files and budgeting. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts. Requires leadership potential, 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and a High School diploma or GED.
