Store Manager

Store Manager responsible for daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, ensuring cleanliness, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. Build customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, drive sales through unit rentals and related products, conduct site safety inspections, manage cash handling and banking deposits, oversee administrative tasks and budgeting, address customer concerns including billing and delinquent accounts, and maintain professional relationships with employees. Leadership experience is preferred; 2+ years of customer-facing work is typical, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Strong emphasis on customer service, sales process discipline, and maintaining high standards across interior and exterior site upkeep.
