Job Summary
Store Manager directs daily operations of one or more self-storage facilities, ensuring cleanliness, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. Responsible for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, executing a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals and related products, conducting site safety inspections, handling cash transactions and bank deposits, and overseeing routine administrative tasks. Requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience; leadership experience preferred but not required; valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle; High School diploma or GED required.
