Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of one or more self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, maintaining financial accuracy through reporting and controls, and delivering operational excellence. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person interactions, presenting a structured sales process for unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure site safety via daily inspections, resolve customer concerns regarding billing and security, and manage cash transactions including daily bank deposits. Perform routine administrative tasks such as monitoring store budgets and following up on delinquent accounts. Starting pay range is $18.00-$19.00 per hour; this location is closed on Sundays.
