Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. Build customer relationships through in-person interactions and sales processes while managing accounts, billing, and security. Maximize sales objectives via unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Perform site safety inspections, conduct maintenance tasks, and handle cash transactions and daily bank deposits. Monitor store budgets and resolve customer concerns regarding auctions and site usage. Requires valid driver's license, 2+ years customer-facing experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule includes daytime hours with potential Sundays off; compensation starts at $18.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing work experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Current valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to lift or move items up to 35 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs
