Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and financial accuracy through effective reporting. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and managing accounts to maximize unit rentals and insurance sales. Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks, handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and process bank deposits. Ensure highest standards of cleanliness through continuous maintenance of the site and address customer concerns related to billing, security, and auctions. Monitor store budgets and perform additional duties as assigned. This role requires a valid driver's license and involves physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation starts at $18.00-$21.00 hourly.
