Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, maintaining financial accuracy through reporting, and delivering operational excellence. Build strong customer relationships through in-person interactions and structured sales processes to maximize unit rentals, insurance, and moving supply sales. Perform daily site safety inspections, conduct cash transactions, process payments, and manage delinquent accounts while maintaining professional relationships with all employees. Handle routine administrative tasks including budget monitoring and auction file maintenance. Requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
