Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, performing site safety inspections, and maintaining financial accuracy through effective reporting and controls. Build strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and resolving billing or security concerns while maximizing sales objectives through unit rentals and moving supplies. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and complete daily bank deposits while monitoring store budgets and addressing delinquent accounts. Perform routine administrative tasks including maintaining auction files and following up on delinquent payments. This role requires a responsible leader with 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a valid driver's license to manage facilities with daytime hours and potential Sundays off.
