Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, performing daily safety inspections, and maintaining site security. Build customer relationships through in-person interactions, present structured sales processes for unit rentals and insurance, and resolve billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives while managing cash transactions, processing payments, and handling delinquent accounts. Monitor store budgets, prepare bank deposits, and maintain auction files. Work daytime hours with potential Sunday off, reporting to a manager with limited direct supervision.
