Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, performing site safety inspections, and maintaining financial accuracy through reporting and controls. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and resolving billing or security concerns. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies while handling cash transactions, processing payments, and completing daily bank deposits. Monitor store budgets, manage auction files, and follow up on delinquent accounts to drive operational excellence. This role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform both sedentary and physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.
