Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. Build customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process for unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Perform daily site safety inspections, handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and process customer payments. Address billing, security, and site usage concerns while monitoring store budgets and maintaining auction files. Conduct routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and grounds upkeep. This role is available for day shift only with office hours closing at 6pm; the location is closed on Sundays.
