Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, performing site safety inspections, and maintaining financial accuracy through reporting and controls. Build strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs, presenting a structured sales process, and resolving concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies while handling cash transactions, balancing receipts, and completing daily bank deposits. Monitor store budgets, follow up on delinquent accounts, and maintain auction files. Perform additional duties as assigned. This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 hourly.
