Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, conducting site safety inspections, and maintaining financial accuracy through reporting and controls. Build customer relationships through in-person interactions to identify storage needs, maximize sales objectives via unit rentals and insurance, and resolve billing or security concerns. Manage cash transactions, process payments, complete daily bank deposits, and handle delinquent accounts while monitoring store budgets. Perform routine administrative tasks including maintaining auction files and addressing proper site usage issues. Day shift only with office closing at 6pm; location closed Sundays.
