Job Summary
Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandise flow, replenishment, omni-channel execution, and loss prevention. Direct workload and ensure associates execute clear action plans to optimize sales and productivity. Attract, recruit, and hire store associates while coaching, teaching, and developing talent to build a succession plan. Lead the team in creating a proactive customer engagement culture, resolving complaints, and driving loyalty acquisition. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and visual presentation standards across the store.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years previous store management experience including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus
- Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
- Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates
- Ability to travel periodically, as needed for meetings
- Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
