Job Summary
Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandise flow, replenishment, and omni-channel execution. Lead the store team through recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing associates to build a bench of talent and drive sales potential. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences by modeling product knowledge, enforcing visual standards, and resolving complaints proactively. Optimize sales and operations by executing clear action plans, managing controllable expenses, and maintaining safety and loss prevention standards. Ensure an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years previous store management experience including responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus
- Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
- Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates
- Ability to travel periodically, as needed for meetings
- Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
