Job Summary
Store Manager at a leading auto parts retailer leading a market with responsibility for P&L, driving growth, and delivering customer care. Responsibilities include identifying new customers and revenue opportunities, supporting outside sales to develop wholesale accounts, building and guiding a high-performing team, and continuously improving store processes. Relevant qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, customer-focused leadership, knowledge of inventory controls and seasonal shifts, experience in auto/retail environments, and ASE certifications preferred. The role emphasizes safety, store appearance, and achieving business results within a fast-paced retail setting within the NAPA network.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus
- Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
- Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management is a plus
- ASE Certifications (preferred)
- Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership (preferred)
- Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores
- Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment
